Next September 3 in pre-celebration of World Shorebird Day. The local partners of the migratory shorebirds project (MSP) and the Central American Waterbirds Census (CAWC) will share the results of the annual monitoring carried out in the Central American countries. Each year teams from the seven countries participate in the largest shorebird surveys of the entire Pacific Flyway of the Americas. Altogether in 2020, 77 volunteers sampled 100 sites, recording more than 200,000 shorebirds.
