Durante m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os, el pueblo local de Cordova (con una poblaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 2,300 residentes) ha celebrado con un festival de aves playeras el maravilloso espect\u00e1culo que brinda el fen\u00f3meno migratorio. Se calcula que, en 2017, cerca de 300 visitantes participaron en el vigesimosexto festival anual de aves playeras del delta del r\u00edo Cooper.<\/p>\n<p>En mayo de 2017, la CCA apoy\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n en dicho festival de representantes de otros importantes sitios de aves playeras a lo largo de la v\u00eda migratoria del Pac\u00edfico de Am\u00e9rica del Norte.
