Plan de Conservaci\u00f3n para las Aves Playeras Migratorias de Chilo\u00e9<\/p>\n[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1631566491026{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\nDebido a la importancia de Chilo\u00e9 para las aves playeras migratorias y dado un n\u00famero creciente de amenazas a los h\u00e1bitats cr\u00edticos de los que dependen, en 2010 una coalici\u00f3n de socios locales, nacionales, e internacionales liderada por Manomet lanz\u00f3 el Plan de Conservaci\u00f3n para las Aves Playeras Migratorias de Chilo\u00e9<\/em> con el apoyo de la Fundaci\u00f3n David y Lucile Packard. Los socios incluyen el Centro de Estudios y Conservaci\u00f3n del Patrimonio Natural (CECPAN), la Fundaci\u00f3n Conservaci\u00f3n Marina, la Oficina Ejecutiva de WHSRN, la Sociedad Nacional Audubon, The Nature Conservancy, el Servicio de Pesca y Vida Silvestre de EE. UU. y la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Medio Ambiente (actualmente Ministerio del Medio Ambiente).<\/p>\n

Desde su lanzamiento en 2010, el Plan de Conservaci\u00f3n para las Aves Playeras Migratorias de Chilo\u00e9<\/em> se ha implementado en cinco fases. Combinadas, estas fases han permitido sostener la conservaci\u00f3n de los h\u00e1bitats cr\u00edticos requeridos por las aves playeras, con la participaci\u00f3n de las comunidades, sector p\u00fablico, privado y emprendedores locales.
